We left Las Vegas today. I have more to report about Vegas and will post some other neat stuff soon.
Today we went to the Hoover Dam and did the touristy things. That place is awe inspiring but there are too many people milling around for my liking.
Currently, we’re in the middle of nowhere off i40 about 35 mins west of Williams Arizona. Surprisingly, we have 5 or 6 strong local TV channels, 5 bars on my cell phone & a blazingly fast wi-fi connection. Herman and Sandy are sleeping and I’m watching Futurama and trying to catch up on some blogging.

| This place sucked. What a let-down. Inside it wasn't at all like the TV show and NONE of the guys were here. I was hoping to see chumley but nope. They must film the show at a completely different location because the parking lot and the inside that they always show on TV are completely different than what is actually at the pawn shop. |

That is exactly why I don't watch TV! It's all fake, especially the "reality" shows. In fact today while wrapping presents I turned my TV on for the first in in almost 2 months.
ReplyDeleteGuess what was on? Reruns! Two months and the same stuff is still on. Ugh!
Time to seriously consider why I'm still paying that cable bill. Sure is an expensive clock.
